Main Bedroom located at the back
Locating your Main Bedroom to the rear of your block means you are further away from the road, which is very handy on a busy street! But it also gives you the option to install a door leading to the Alfresco or backyard.

A Scullery next to the Kitchen
Sculleries have grown in popularity because they give you more space to prepare your meals. It’s also handy if you use lots of appliances, such as coffee makers, mixers, and toasters, as you can keep them in the Scullery.
A Theatre and a Study
If you don’t want to convert a bedroom into a Study or Theatre, we have plans that already include both! You can style these rooms as you want, whether that’s inserting a sliding door for privacy or star lights for that cinema feel.
