We encourage you to get these house upgrades because these improvements are meant to help you feel better in your home. Though some are only small upgrades, they can make a big difference, especially when talking about ease and comfort.
You can upgrade whatever you want! This could be choosing different flooring types, kitchen splashback tiles, or adding in an alarm. We also do custom home designs so the layout matches your needs.
You can pick your upgrades at two stages. The first is when you sign your Preliminary Build Agreement (PBA). If you choose this stage, the upgrade costs will go into your build contract and you will pay for your upgrades through your mortgage. The second stage is at your Pre-Start Meeting. If you choose this stage, you will pay for the upgrade costs from your own bank account (so your savings) before handover.
