So, you’re a Northerner! We get it. Living North of the River gives you a bit of everything. There’s the long stretch of beautiful pristine beaches starting in Two Rocks all the way down to Cottesloe, the popular entertainment and food strips in Leederville, Mt Lawley and Scarborough, and the big re-developments of several shopping centres and train lines all up the coast. It’s no wonder the northern suburbs are so popular for home buyers, so check out our house and land packages below!
All Aboard!
Metronet will deliver new train lines to Yanchep and Ellenbrook. Not only will residents benefit from easy access to Perth and the Airport, but home prices are expected to increase!
Major Projects
The Tonkin Hwy and Karrinyup shops redevelopment are now open, but still to come are the $1.2b Midland revitalisation, Ocean Reef Marina, freeway extension to Yanchep and more.
Beach Days
Perth’s north is spoilt when it comes to beaches: Leighton, Cottesloe, Scarbrough, Trigg, Mettams Pool, Hillarys, Mullaloo, Ocean Reef, Mindarie, Quinns, Jindalee, Alkimos and Yanchep Lagoon.
Perhaps we’re being biased because the page authors live in the North, but the beaches here are the best in Perth! The North coast beaches are something else and the coastline that stretches from Two Rocks down to Cottesloe is world class. Despite this, some beaches manage to fly under the radar. The foreshores at Alkimos, Jindalee and Burns Beach form part of masterplanned communities and they’re a fraction of the price for a beachside block at Cottesloe!
If you have not visited the Swan Valley then you are missing out! From wine and fine dining to a good ole pub meal, the Swan Valley is the destination for anyone and everyone. Stretching out from Guildford to Ellenbrook, the Swan Valley is only 25 minutes from the Perth CBD and welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors every year.
The Metronet expansion across Perth is one of the biggest talking points this year, and it’s no wonder as it is a major drawcard for families and couples who want to be connected to all their amenities and the city. This new expansion will be roughly 72 kms of new train lines and up to 18 new stations in Perth, this is including the highly anticipated Morley to Ellenbrook Line and the Yanchep train extension.
